Located in the beautiful area surrounding Madison, Indiana, The Waters of Clifty Falls is a welcoming 138-bed center that features comfortably spacious private and semi-private resident rooms.
Plus, we also offer 16 private suites for our patients in the Rehabilitation to Home program.
Residents and families alike enjoy our cheerful, sun-filled community areas. And, when the weather is nice, our beautifully landscaped grounds offer an enjoyable place to interact with family, friends and fellow residents.
